Admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2006.
Kirsten graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business, with a major in European Exportation Policy.
Kirsten is a litigator who focusses on achieving practical and commercial outcomes for her clients. As well as having experience in general commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, large and small debt collections Kirsten acts regularly in a range of dispute resolution matters including those involving water licences, conveyances, franchises, dividing fences and retaining walls, contested Deceased Estate actions and acting on behalf of independent Schools.
